		<description>I could not attend this third and most important Teach In but reading Joan&#039;s summary was as good as a front line seat. The article reviewed the important points each speaker made. It also inspires the reader to continue to learn more and to signal to the incoming Obama administration our opposition to Plan Columbia (and Plan Merida although that was not specifically mentioned).
The No Bases Committee has done sterling work in alerting folks to the importance of being aware of Administration policies that threaten the security and sovereignity of other nations, particularly those in the so-called Third World. dangers</description>
